Fresh meat products are delivered in contolled atmosphere containers or in vacuum bags with a validity period of up to 7 days.

Frozen products are quick freezed in the tunnel at -40° C to keep all the flavor of meat. Those products are kept and delivered at a temperature of -18° C with a shelf time of 12 months.
